पारदर्शी सुशासन की दिशा में एक ऐतिहासिक पहल के तहत देश के सभी जिलों में एकीकृत नागरिक फीडबैक प्रणाली लागू कर दी गई है। विशेषज्ञों ने इसे जवाबदेह लोकतंत्र का सशक्त उदाहरण बताया है।
